HOW DO I CANCEL AN ONLINE ORDER?
Reed Krakoff ships most orders within 1-3 business days of the date they are placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or on a holiday will begin processing on the next business day. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at rkclientservices@reedkrakoff.com , or call Reed Krakoff Customer Service at 1 877 733 3511. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

HOW WILL I KNOW REED KRAKOFF RECEIVED MY ONLINE ORDER AND WHEN IT SHIPS?
Once you place an order with ReedKrakoff.com, we will provide you with a confirmation number and summary of your order. In addition, we will send you an order confirmation email within one hour. If you do not receive your order confirmation email within 24 hours, feel free to call Reed Krakoff Customer Service at 1 877 733 3511, to confirm that we have received your order. When your order has been shipped, you will also receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your tracking number. All orders are shipped via our carrier, UPS.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

The shipping method you choose on the Checkout page determines how quickly your order is delivered to you after it ships. For each shipping method, our carrier offers two delivery options – “Signature Required” and “No Signature Required”. When placing an order, the “Standard Shipping” and “Signature Requirement” options are set by default; however, you can elect a different shipping method (e.g., express or overnight delivery) and/or waive the signature requirement for the shipping method of your choice on the Checkout page before proceeding to purchase. See “Shipping Methods and Delivery Options” on the Checkout page.

Electing the “Signature Requirement” option ensures your purchases are safely delivered to you. This option is best for customers who prefer the security of a signed delivery. lf you are unavailable when your package arrives, our carrier will leave a re-delivery slip. The carrier will make up to three delivery attempts and then will hold the items briefly at the nearest carrier delivery center for customer pick up before returning such items to Reed Krakoff - please review the carrier’s policies for further details.

Alternatively, you may prefer to waive the signature requirement and, in such event, our carrier will leave your shipment outside of the premises at the shipping address provided without a signature for proof of delivery for your convenience. Please note that if you choose to waive the signature requirement, full responsibility for your order shall pass to you upon delivery without obtaining a signature (including, without limitation, in the event the order is lost, stolen or damaged) and Reed Krakoff shall not be liable for any and all losses, damages, claims, causes of actions, costs and/or expenses that may arise in connection therewith.

WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN?

We will be glad to refund or exchange (for items of equal or lesser value) any new and unused merchandise with a per unit value of up to $5,990 within 30 days of purchase. Such merchandise must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached, and otherwise in its original condition. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact Customer Service promptly and return or exchange such item within 30 days of purchase (or such longer period as is required under applicable law). Once the aforementioned period has elapsed, the item will be deemed to be free of any visible damages or defects. All sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Reed Krakoff reserves the right to deny refund or an exchange if the merchandise does not meet these exchange and return policy requirements.

You may return your item(s) to either a Reed Krakoff store with an original Reed Krakoff receipt or online/mail order packing slip or online by shipping your item(s) to our Returns Department. For items being sent to our Returns Department, please include a note with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions and a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip.  It is recommended that you ship your returnable or exchangeable item by traceable mail or overnight courier service.  You can contact Customer Service to request a pre-paid return label by email at rkclientservices@reedkrakoff.com or by phone at 1 877 733 3511. Shipments with pre-paid return labels may be dropped off at any UPS location or contact Customer Service to schedule a UPS pick-up. Alternatively, you can return or exchange merchandise using another traceable mail or overnight courier service (such as FedEx, USPS and other similar carriers), however, please note that such shipping and handling charges are not refundable. This exchange and return policy only pertains to orders placed through the Reed Krakoff Website or in Reed Krakoff stores. Reed Krakoff merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the retailer from which such merchandise was originally purchased and is subject to the return and exchange policies of the originating retailer.
